We take responsibility

Promoting young people and strengthening grassroots sport are key pillars of our corporate commitment as part of our ESG responsibility. Since 2018, mb+p Unternehmer-Beratung has been providing targeted support to clubs that are primarily involved in youth work.

Many youth sports clubs are currently facing major challenges: Participant numbers are stagnating or even declining because there are more and more leisure activities on offer. Changes in young people's media behavior are further exacerbating this trend. At the same time, there is a growing need for financial resources to maintain sports facilities, purchase new equipment and support coaches and trainers. This is where we want to play our part.

To actively support children and young people, mb+p is involved on several levels:

• Vacation soccer camps:
  
  We have been facilitating vacation soccer camps several times a year during the Easter, Whitsun and summer vacations since 2018. Our support includes providing kits and food as well as funding additional supervisors. In total, we have already sponsored around 800 kits. In addition to sporting development, these camps primarily promote team spirit and the fun of training together.


• Financial relief in everyday club life:
  
  Our donations help to purchase training equipment, pay coaches' salaries and organize match operations smoothly overall. This financial relief leaves more room for the personal and sporting development of children and young people.


• Construction of a soccer pitch in Dingelsdorf:
  
  A special project was the construction of a modern soccer pitch, which mb+p initiated and realized together with other sponsors - including many from our business environment. Since its completion, the pitch has enjoyed great popularity and, according to Jürgen Mayer, board member of the Dingelsdorf association, is used on a daily basis.

Why this commitment is important to us

With our sponsorship, we not only want to provide financial support, but also make a real contribution to social development. We see our commitment as an investment in the future of young people: By promoting community experiences and the joy of sporting achievement, we help to strengthen teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
